Streets and trips (2013) opens but the menus display tiny on the3 left 30% of screen. Also any text box on 'find nearby places' or other boxes imposed on the map are tall and narrow, less than one word per line. The map itself and place names on themap are normal. Print of a map, rather than filling the page, is a small box at top only. I tried compatibility mode and settings with no change. This program is better for trip pre-planning than others, would like to continue using it. Microsoft supportsit a little longer but will not address this problem.
