Mass Effect 3 - PC version.Ever since I purhchased the dlc extended endings and the leviathan mission I have had connection issues with the ea server. At first it was a the one off connection issue but as the weeks went on, I've gradually got to a situation where I can't connect at all. I've read a lot of posts on various forums online and tried various attempted fixes, yet nothing seems to have worked. I can't even play my addons unless i play mass effect 3 offline. It's a shame because I really enjoyed the online cooperative and now it has died for me.I'm up to date with both origin and mass effect 3, i've tried reinstalling them both. I've enabled both the inbound and outbound ports needed to run. I think this one is with EA and not me.
I have spent a good sum of money on this game but now I feel like i've been robbed. I've spent a lot of time trying to fix this problem, yet I've found no solution.

When the recent update for ME3 was released, I had hopes for a fix but instead it just let me down once again.I don't want to spend any more time trying to fix this game myself. I guess I should get another game. Keep me posted if you know of a fix. This is solved. Anyone who has had around 2 months without connectivity will be pleased to know EA has released an update on the 5th November 2012 that fixes this problem.
If you are still having connection problems, please update ME3 to the latest version. Unfortunately we still don't know the full nature of the problem, but I do know its on the server-side and not the client-side.
Im sure everyone has had a difficult time contacting EA but I'd like to thank everyone who who did as it has ultimately motivated EA to do something about it.Thanks againHJ. Another day gone.Here are the some of the ideas discussed online to fix this problem.1) Reinstall both Origin and Mass Effect3 - Fail!2) Enable the correct inbound & outbound ports (found on EA's Answer HQ) - Fail!3) Forwarding the correct proxys to the ea server - Fail!4) Repair install - Fail5) Install latest patch - Fail6) Delete the pc users 'Documents/Bioware/MassEffect3' folder (after backing up you saves) and then relaunch mass effect 3 to rewrite the.ini and confic files - FAIL! After uninstalling both origin and mass effect 3 I removed all the directorys both installations were targeted to, including the user/documents/bioware/masseffect3 folder. I backed the saves on a memory stick, cleaned my registry and restarted my computer before reinstalling. I did not empty my%trace% originally but i've tried this again and still no luck.Previous to the reinstallation, I loaded ME3 for the 5th time today and it managed to connect straight away during the start up. Though only a few seconds later a message popped up saying 'you have timed out'. Then I tried to reconnect a couple of times but didnt manage to get through.

I think it has something to do with DLC because previous to the extended endings release the connection went though without any problems.I haven't deleted anything important. I backed up each directory before removing them. All the files have been restored since the installation of both origin and mass effect 3 so deleting the directories is not the problem. Barnyard pc game utorrent. Right, I have a virgin media superhub used to supply my wifi internet access. I have read that this router has issues connecting with the ea server. Do i need to change my router to run in modem mode?So far i havent found any solution to my problem.
If other people are experiencing connection issues with games like fifa and madem because of their virgin media superhub, then i might be within that category.
